Looks like B for skin conditions will possibly use a topical cream delivery system. Others had thought they would try for a pill. Not saying that couldn't happen but they most likely are going to explore topical creams as well. Have been told topical creams should be pretty easy to develop.
"Given Brilacidin’s low level of systemic exposure, moderate-to-high dosing of the drug by topical application to the skin might also be supported in treating various dermatology disorders and conditions."
