The SP now sits at .0348. Not a word from the company or it's CEO. Time for a share holders meeting (and $30K to hold a meeting is nonsense.). Rent a large room at a hotel. Charge shareholders who want to attend a small fee (say $25 to 50 bucks) to offset the room rental cost. and have the CEO explain what is going on or what is not going on. Also hold BOD elections at the same time.
Sorry if some don't like this but this is a public corporation that has taken PIPE money and investors money in the markets. It's time for some answers as to the performance or lack of performance by the company, it's Management and BOD.
