Shareholders need specifics on revenues going forwars, past failures to produce, and when dilution will stop. That generally needs to be widely disclosed. Lest Bill accuse another shareholder of trying to get insider information.
Bill told me he could disclose certain things and when asked if he would do a CC to publicly discuss/disclose hentold me there were only a handful of large investors (like myself) and we all had his phone #. Nice circular logic.
