What I believe is that KTLS passed the DoD Try Before Buy policy test at the 8/16 Washington DC, invitation only, DoD Contractor simulated cyber attack exercise. They apparently found KTLS meets their mission requirements and want it. DISA had to allow KTLS in the room. Bo Dietl is the SFOR Federal Goverment vendor who provided KTLS for that day long exercise use. Consequently, he is SFOR's middle man in the sale of the company to some large DoD contractor such as Intel IMHO.
