I have applied for a patent before..so a little familiar with the process.
It takes several years to run the course usually....
I think this means the appliication has been accepted and the process is underway.
it doesn't mean the patent has been granted.
If the patent was granted there would be official documentation issued and I don't see that anywhere here.
