The final step for Australian patents is Acceptance and Grant. OWCP patent application for topical cream for general skin disorders was accepted on 02Nov17!!! If nobody opposes the patent within 3 month, the patent is granted!!!! Less than 2% of patents get opposed. We are golden. Hello Australia!!! 20 year patent protection in Australia.
