This morning when I checked my TDA account the bid was .0192 for 10,000 shares and the ask was .02 for 1,490,000 shares. Doesn't mean it was one shareholder selling all of it. But all last week someone was putting up 1 million shares for.02 and there were few takers for small pieces of it. It is what it is.
