Major PR results in major sell off. That should have been totally expected. Buy on rumor, sell on news. How many times has it happened here?
Now as far as production goes. I haven't read anywhere about how many units can be produced monthly in other factories not including the 4000 capacity he just announced. On the surface it sounds like a low number given the amount of "orders" the CEO has announced to date. The Malaysia factory is not going to ramp up from 0 to 4000/mo units overnight. It will take some time due quality control issues as workers learn how to build the product.
CEO gives an impression that company is displaying their product at the Dubai Auto Show but if you check exhibitor list On4 is not an exhibitor. I think it's funny how CEO has no problem disclosing names of companies he is "meeting" with but will not disclose names of "clients" he has signed.
I think you will hear me on this conference call. CEO has some explaining to do.
You guys are right about one thing. CEO is a great salesman. He has managed to convince most of you to buy stock without providing some of the most important pieces of the puzzle.
