I agree. Lots of great info here... hoping SFOR spikes this week, I am recovering from hurricane Irma, and it is not going well... need an emotional (and $$) boost this week! My house was totaled by the insurance company and I am fighting to keep them from tearing it down. The ins co says it will be demolished, FEMA says I can live in the house. Interesting scenario.
