I don't know about the PPS reacting to ACS being sold but as far as ACS and Strikeforce are concerned ACS is a reseller of SFOR products. They are BY FAR THE LARGEST channel partner SFOR has and based on Mr. Kay's recent interviews have multiple deals done and that are in the works that are medium to large. This board's due diligence has provided links, interviews and other reference material that points to the fact that large deals could very well mean tens of millions in monthly revenue for Strikeforce. That's why folks are thinking that the PPS should soar today.

For me, I don't care whether or not the PPS reacts or not. Given enough time in my opinion, those foolish enough to play around with flipping this stock instead of being in the right investment position will be shocked at how fast the PPS soars when it does.
