Because the only products ACS sells use Strikeforce's patents. If a channel partner is worth 100's of millions (supposedly, grain of salt here) then what value would you put to the underlying utility patents that pin it all together???
Utility patents that have gone through 2 IPR's and come out with all claims intact?
