I can't afford to keep both long term unless TECO comes through.  That is no BS either.  Property tax increases, home owners insurance increases, and TECO's stock PPS decreases.  I'm managing now but income doesn't seem to keep up with all the bills anymore so I need a chuck of capitol someday.  Go TECO! Bring home the bacon!
