you forgot imo one of the most basic reasons .. the *crews* firmly embedded
(they work both sides of the PPS .. PRO/CON) .. working the vehicle of choice

as i've noted on another OTC SURVIVOR ..

when NR (and their crews) are UPSIDE DOWN on their illegally orchestrated
stock manipulation (in place for *years* .. aware and savvy OTC mgmt/s
have the leverage .. but so do actual Investors >> who can comprehend
what is being done and how << the why requires little by way of functioning gray matter ($$$$)

have to love a clock/calendar out of mgmt working against a *stuck* NR ..
whose patterns are so obvious they can literally be called in advance

I think that this stock should be trading around 5 at a minimum, given how far along the pipeline is. Just my opinion and not trading advice, of course
