I am of the opinion that the latest settlement might in fact not be as high as the others that are soon to follow, due to the fact that they settled before the IPR decision was made.
I can imagine the scenario where SFOR's lawyers are like, we'll settle now for 1X$ before the IPR decision, but if you wait, and the IPR is denied (which happened) then it will be 3X$ after that, (like the rest are going to have to now pay.
Just sayin...
