I would hesitate to draw conclusions regarding the entrust counter-lawsuit without knowing more. They may have had a viable counter lawsuit, or their garbage suit was settled just as an accessory to the bigger lawsuit, and didn't actually net the ANY benefit. I don't know and can't say.
