i agree with your conclusions about the sublingual tablet.. this is what i envisioned what it was developed for, yet, you explained it in a much better way than i ever would...

owcp will have pr's and 8k's when necessary... i did not have to, but i read the cob's sept. '17 letter to owcp shareholders about 5 times... it sums up what i needed to know.. now executing things is on the list, and i have faith that owcp will do so when all things are ready! everyone, have a great thanksgiving!
