I'm inclined to agree and it has to do with the counter suit....if the counter suit is a valid one than that could out the damper on things....
maybe a tidy upfront payment to SFOR, some agreement on usage of tech and some continuing revenue for SFOR concerning damages and such.
"Winning" the IPR decision, though, is huge and will make sure SFOR isn't left out in the cold.
