Just my thought process. Buying out songbird with the cert, they would technically just be dumping the Baltia name becoming songbird for awhile get everything worked out then when everything was smooth then go ahead with the name change. They are pretty much taking over songbird and that will eventually be UsGlobal. Baltia will just be left in the dust. Am I thinking about this correctly? That would explain why “songbird” is looking for a mechanic not “Baltia” or “UsGlobal”
