I agree with you, and have.  But unfortunately, there is no such thing as non-toxic funding in a penny stock.  Yes, I understand that it's being probably being put to use to better the company, but to fund at the sign of every run........ eventually no one will look at RFMK because everytime there is a run, it gets slammed down.  Ironridge has a ton more shares to get rid of.  Maybe a year or so when they get all there money owed to them, we might run. 

Until then, no one with serious money is going to fund into toxic funding.
