I have always thought about the different buyout possibilities and the answers to the questions by MK has me leaning very heavy towards TPG buying the OOB/MFA IP and then doing possibly a reverse merger into the $SFOR shell....to say....continue after the successes! I had thought McAfee, but TPG with 75B in assets, if still wants to go PUBCO, a reverse merger while acquiring SFT would be an AWESOME move! TPG could acquire both ACS / SFT and WILL accomplish the spin-off McAfee mission of becoming the #1 Cyber Security PURE Play in the ECOSYSTEM! Just some things to ponder folks - Wahooooo!
