Heres my concerns with the stated..."distribution agreement"
#1..It is not a CONTRACT....
#2..After speaking with a rep from Oregon Bio Char...YES...they will ship ALMOST anywhere their products...provided a payment ...or contract...or credit line is used...
#3..I still haven't spoken to the owner of Oregon Bio Char...or its sister companies.....
Work there to complete....but YES the PR is accurate with a distribution "agreement"...provided all other payment areas are arranged...but yes they will distribute...
Its why I need the owners input...
I feel like a "letter of intent" is coming next...why do I feel that?????
