If settlements or potential court wins could only take “Months” in my mind the probability of a buyout within a year increases. The time for the stock to be in the hands of quick trades is shortening. I guess all I can say is I would hate to not be a long term investor here when the long term may not take that long for a full valuation. Just my opinion.
