Yes Gator and that's not counting those on the list that could be litigated with in the near future. Mark Kay said they wouldn't start litigation on the list until the 7 went thru. That doesn't mean others wouldn't settle w/o litigation. Some have the ability to actually read the writing on the wall. We will see who are smart and who are dumb.
