Nothing is going to happen until Ironridge is done converting all there shares.  Its as simple as that.  Great company planning if you think about it.  Great PR, great exposure on TV, all to help Ironridge dilute without killing the PPS.

Until the toxic funding is cancelled due to there own revenue comes in, this will never go anywhere.

We have seen this run killed 4 times now due to VNDM and VFIN selling for Ironridge.
