Appointing social media posters to the BOD and other internal positions is not actually something quality reputable companies do.
Reputable and legit companies seek out independent board members.
Mr Brain has never once shown he is capable of disagreement on any action Heddle has taken.
Even more so Mr Brain has repeatedly become belligerent and antagonistic with anyone who even questions Heddles actions.
He is far from independent and the appointment is far from what any legitimate company would even consider.
