Explanation for California fires and the unusual winds that picked up to 80 MPH for just a short time. The directed energy weapons cause a vortex. Look at the 4:14 mark of the first video and they explain the vortex created by a suspect fire in Portugal.
Then in video 2, look at the opening .07 mark. It looks like a tornado. Wild fires are supposed to burn trees as well as house fires. OMG, looks like a DEW went up the middle of the road and the vortex was wide enough to destroy houses on both sides of the road.
This and 9/11 Vegas, and all the news talks about is the crooks fighting each other in Washington. What scares me is something else or many planned by the Deep State? Was the first two, so close together a prelude?
