False choice. We continually balance all kinds of freedoms. Can't yell fire in a crowded theater, without facing prosecution, for example.
Our rights to lawfully own guns do not suffer from shutting down bump-stock sales, much less from closing absurd gun registration loopholes at gun shows, for people on the terrorist watch list and for the documented mentally ill.
