If the judge responds in favor of DECN, the settlement number certainly ratchets up, so if your basis is the 400-700M that DECN has mentioned in the suit, how much higher does your 10% of the basis go? Given J&J's desire to dump this business unit, there are likely several scenarios that could be discussed, and likely already have been.
