TEXT ORDER that on the court's own motion, the pretrial conference set for 11/6/17 at 10:00am is cancelled pending ruling on summary judgment motions and will be rescheduled by further order of the court. Any deadlines corresponding to the pretrial conference are held in abeyance. The jury trial remains set for 11/27/17. Ordered by Senior Judge Joseph F. Bataillon.
