Sox - p21 is not measured every 7 and 24 hours. It is measured once at hour seven and once at hour 24 for each participant. P21 measurement is not indicating efficacy - it indicates successful activation of p53. So - increase in p21 is huge, huge news - because it means activation of p53. Efficacy will be measured with other tests like serum tumor markers and scans and increased longevity.
