The REWARD for their efforts is that Madison County (and the surrounding countiess) CLEAN UP their environment, remove a temptation for illegal disposal of such waste, lessen the burden on CURRENT landfills, & SAVE DEVELOPMENT COSTS of new landfills to replace ones filled up with unrecycled plastic waste!

NOT a BAD START for rrewarding all who participate in recycling all that AG plastic! Not to mention that the fuel produced might lessen upward price pressure on fuel costs in that region.
