Brokers sometimes act like a robot, still some robots are better than the others. Have you requested to talk to his/her manager and still not satisfied to the next person above the mgr. The guy is a lawyer obviously. Thanks for trying.
With other brokerage able to trade NTEK it is my understanding that it is the brokerage who imposed the restriction. That being said, with the right person calling the restriction can and will be removed. almo.
