Here is the disturbing thing about this company; This isn't made up or exagerated truth or information;
The ceo wanted to encourage investors to stay with the company by reducing the sharestructure, due to the toxic debt that went into the market. reducing the debt (paying it down) and expansion. I have friends who know the ceo and she is quite wealthy.
it is beyond my comprehension that is she wanted to instil shareholder trust and grow her company. You don't go back down the road that you just came from.
She went ahead and received new toxic loans which is asssinine. Didn't she learn the first time? This is looming and until she gets that cleared up dilution is also looming. She needs to clear the books regardless of what. otherwise they will dilute and the share structure will go to infinity...LOL
