Respectfully Ridge_Runner, I would have to strongly disagree with your position. I absolutely understand where you are coming as your experience is the norm but I think you're going to get very good news sooner than you might anticipate. The town of Alpha, NJ clearly wants this cutting edge factory (I attended the last meeting) and Jack Mosel, who happens to be a very intelligent man, is doing literally everything in his power to finalize this deal.

I don't see a reverse split in the cards. In fact, I see very positive things happening by January 1, 2018 and I see George buying back significant stock as an anti-dilution play.

Obviously, just my two cents but I'm holding my shares steady on this one.
