The net gain productivity is a direct result of product innovation and "Cracking the code". Increased efficiency and innovation attributable to nullifying the the "BURN RATE" The Red and Green to be delivered is of the not only highest yield but the Highest Quality as well.
Six Sigma is the result of improving the "Road map to Zero Defects" achieving 100% "YIELD". Vis-a-Vis Red Quantum dots. Six Sigma by definition is "As Close as you can achieve to Zero Defects" .... look up 5 Sigma, 4 Sigma, 3 Sigma...etc
Increasing the manufacturing capability's from 2 to 4 metric tonnes per year could be 2.8 tonnes of "SURFACTANT" (IE. "SOAP" ) for all we know.by your example " Soap would be very expensive"
1) Continous Flow
2) Cadmium free "RGB"
3) 500 degree temperature threshold
4) Blue Cadmium FREE Dots @ 500 Degrees
However, QMC has achieved 100% Yield with Red QD's on their disclosure and Green. Blue are not far behind. All collectively are a "Game Changer".
