Meeting with TOSHI ANDO

I am back today from my business trip to Texas, Ft. Worth/ San Antonio and made an UN-announced trip to Star Park.. Presenting myself to the front desk, I asked for Mr. Squires and told them who I was. A few moments later Toshi Ando came through the door and we greeted each other. Proceeding to a large meeting room we sat down and began our discussion of QMC for the next 45 minutes one on one un-interrupted , Toshi began by saying Mr.Squires could not join in as he was at another site. Our discussion was positive and fruitful.

1) My suggestion of the use of the "Proxy Fight" was spot on and instrumental
to the return of Mr. Squires. Thanks to all that communicated their position in
QMC and the help of "Jamis" keeping the tally. I conveyed that information to
Clay Chase informing him that we collectively were behind Mr. Squires and
would not stand for the preferred shares and changing the registration from
Nevada to Delaware .

2) Toshi expressed the dismay all had when they returned to find the generators
were in fact shut down and had to proceed from a cold start.

3) They had met with representatives from the largest film manufacturer in that
meeting room recently. I added the recent announcement of increasing
production from 2 metric tones to 4 adding that no manufacture of bottle
caps or paper clips would do that without a firm commitment and
demand/obligation. to warrant the doubling of any production increase.

4) I asked if there was a road map to relocating from Star Park to another
location? Toshi responded "Yes" we will be increasing production to 7 metric
tonnes and we cannot accomplish that without moving, this site is primarily
a R&D site with some manufacturing but is to small to meet the 7 tonne
manufacturing
.
5) Toshi submitted all of the film and chemical manufacturers that had sat in
this meeting room, conceded their "Intel" verified QMC was performing and
delivering much more than any other Quantum Dot Manufacturer.

6) The key "Is BLUE" Cadmium free Quantum Dots.. I interjected that I
had been beating that drum pretty hard how nasty cadmium really is.
Toshi added that China is adopting the same position as the EU on the RoHS
compliance standard.

7) Another key element is the 500 degree temperature tolerance.. The closest
to that by another QD mfg is much less. I tossed out there on the table the
closest was some 40% to 50% less on the temperature threshold.. I
submitted while at General Electric, we had some "High Temperature"
applications we developed the upper limit and backed that off by 25
% and called that "Our 100% Heat Limit" threshold, he nodded..

8) We talked more Globally, Solar will be absolutely Huge . Saudi Arabia is
back on the table with photo voltaic s. We acknowledged the changes for the
Crown Prince on how forward thinking he is. We discussed the positive
changes for China with President Chi and President Trump's trip to Asia
this week.. We discussed the market penetration into India and some
obstacles that Tim Cook Apple's CEO had with negotiating with the
Government of India to manufacture the I'Phone ".

Toshi acknowledged I know a lot about their business and much appreciated my background that assisted in such an open and informative dialog. He was very excited about what will be demonstrated in January 2018, it will be fantastic.

I asked on the status of the some Approximate 35 "NDA'S" yet to be heard from...He simply Smiled....I guess we all wait and see

In closing, it was my honor to meet with Toshi Ando and the gracious giving of his valuable time and commitment.

KNOW WHAT YOU OWN

REGARDS
