NP - Been there - done that!
Even at today's .02pps it would be $20 mil to buy back a billion shares!
So it would be an expensive option this early in the game, and I don't think they would want to spend all of their settlement monies on that option at this point! But it was good to hear that he did not give a definitive "no way" response. If indeed we cross into the 100mil+ territory from settlements, then it might become a possibility! Having spent most of their history in debt, I would think they would want to hold on to a very substantial "rainy day fund", before considering a buyback! Just IMHO!
Either way, I don't think that option will appear as a viable option till much further down the road! Time will tell!
