Big difference vs Microsoft settlement time:
This time we ALREADY have 6 suits in process that have been ongoing for quite awhile already. If we remember the Microsoft settlement time, it was the only suit we had going at the time. It then took a little bit to file these next 7. This factor could prove to be immensely profitable for the company and its shareholders IMHO.
