When a stock can have 300M bought out in minutes and trade 500M > 1B in 1 or 2 days it is in the "anything can happen at any time" territory and worth a lotto holding at .0001 which can be converted to free on the upward move - especially when it is known that there are going to be ongoing catalysts like getting OTC Current, new business plan etc.
