Am I missing something here. The SHM is already scheduled for January 19th. So it means that the funding has been closed. Do we have a fund represented as BOD? I don't know and NTEK wont reveal that info. This is the problem with NTEK which put shareholders and PPS under pressure. We have $ on the side line ready to invest with condition that NTEK needs to share the progress they have made in last 9 months. Otherwise everything is speculative on this board. Info has to come from NTEK.
