The original shala shkp agreement with the government of Albania had a business partner Ekreme Lluka who owns the largest business in Kosovo.
It was always assumed that he held a percentage of the shala projects under Interentergo Albania. Now it looks as if Falak Holdings have taken control of the new shkp project with shala energy plc which is wholly owned by 3power and gave a temporary position to Cinar San a Turkish building company.
