NTEK was the plaintive in the original case. If you search for the case by name you will see it. Looks like Long Side was pulling some scandalous dealings with the stock. I think that case was dismissed and then Long Side was the plaintive in the recent case. There are a lot of defendents and maybe that is why NTEK is not solely liable but LS might be going after them because they are the only entity that they can get some money from. I wouldn't doubt that LS is responsible for the SP after reading some of the case and probably wants to short it down to bankruptcy. Glad that NTEK is not relient on stock for funding anymore.
