In my mind (and I have said this before) we have never had things looking better for SFOR than right now. With litigation funding to go with a brand new settlement, plus big deal(s) closing and being paid to SFOR soon - the outlook is bright. I would venture to say, and I am no insider, that funding is not a problem anymore. If we get decent money from this settlement plus good revenue to add to our existing litigation funds, what we saw from Microsoft a year ago will pale in comparison. This time there may be no looking back. Gosh, I would hate to be on the sidelines right now.
