My point is that no litigation settlements happened in the 3rd Q. If the extension for the settlement would have been denied, we would have known about it in the 3rd Q report. But since it was approved and extended until 11-10-2017 there will not be any mention in the 3rd. Q report.
Now if there are not any NDAs to contend with we may not have to wait until next year.
