He answered "deals", his answer should have read "settlements". He has no choice but to 8-k settlements within days of occuring as per SEC rules. I believe he misunderstood the question.
Now, the substance of an 8-k is up to Mark. He may just choose to simply say that a lawsuit has been settled and then report the details in the following 10Q (Entrust details may be in the Nov.10Q filing IMO). This is what occured with MSFT/PhoneFactor settlement. I would minimally, expect the same.
Also keep in mind. The settlement is expected Nov. 10th. The 3Q is due Nov. 15th. IF an extension for the 3Q is filed, I am very optimistic that they will include the settlement details. I believe, This is reason enough to file for extension.
