ELTZ .002 news on acquisition. 8K was filed a few days ago.
From what I read on another board there was a $68K note that was weighing price down as it dropped from .004 area to .002 the past couple days. VNDM moved off the ask for the last half hour or so yesterday. Maybe note is done?
OS is 226 million.
The acquired company will do $5 million for 2017 and expected $8 million for 2018
This looks like a nice setup. But I've been wrong before so DD it.
