Although, ACS does have rights until SEP 2020 to purchase the KE IP when they executed the promissory note right after MSFT/PF settlements last year. That was an AWESOME bone for ACS!
IMSO TPG will buy the OOB/MFA IP! Or combo of TPG/INTEL.
