The lawyer for the company, Lawrence Lonergan, has been busy! He has filed a default judgment against Ziv Turner in the amount of $120,142.97. This includes the loan principal amount of $105,224.00 + Interest + disbursements.

Pursuant to the court stipulation and order of two weeks ago, if the above is approved by the court, no reason why not, the total judgment amount will be paid from the proceeds of the sale of the 500,000 shares held by Jeffrey Low.
So it looks like this lawsuit is reaching the finish line. Any thoughts on whether or not Jeffrey Low has elected to sell his daily quota of approx 26,000 shares?. My guess is that he may have to sell a few but it may also depend on whether or not he had a side agreement with Ziv Turner for the "gifted" shares. I sure hope that Buffoon gets screwed for trying to circumvent his obligation to repay the loan.
