Marijuana Stocks A Super Buy Before January 1st 2018 due to California Recreational Marijuana Legalization which could have huge impact and likely will be a major game changer on the marijuana front. Based on my understanding the Federal Government will likely decriminalize within few years. This could be an opportunity for investors looking for literally huge gains in some small marijuana stocks. Most of the small cap MJ stocks trade on the OTC market. For this reason there is risk.
