The SS information on otcmarkets isn't very current and PLFM is revoked at NVSOS

If the float is in fact 450M that does not necessarily mean that insiders own 1.5B shares because this company like many OTC companies use shares to pay for convertible notes and services. PLFM filings and disclosures are not current therefore otcmarkets (OTCM) assigned the PLFM a stop sign. Keep in mind that OTCM is a public company and not a governing body.
The volume doesn't really tell me anything, I would have needed to watch L2 to see how many shares were on the BID/ASK and how MMs played it.
Be careful of these massive size share structures. Best to you.
